Serving Devotion, Culture, and Community
The Hindu Mandir Kingston Project is dedicated to serving the community’s spiritual and cultural needs. While the Mandir is under construction, our vision remains rooted in tradition, inclusivity, and the goal of enriching lives through faith and togetherness.
Spritual Services
Once completed, the Mandir will offer daily worship (aarti), regular poojas, and special rituals aligned with the Hindu calendar. From major festivals like Diwali, Navratri, Holi, and Janmashtami to individual ceremonies such as Satyanarayan Katha, Hanuman Chalisa, and Ganesh Puja, devotees will be able to participate in or sponsor services with the support of our priests. We will also provide services for life milestones including naming ceremonies (Naamkaran), sacred thread ceremonies (Upanayanam), and other samskaras (rites of passage), performed with traditional Vedic guidance.
Satyanarayan Katha
A sacred ritual performed to seek blessings for peace, prosperity, and well-being in one’s home and life.
