Rooted in Devotion, Driven by Community
Welcome to the Hindu Mandir of Kingston (HMK), a sacred sanctuary dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, cultural preservation, and community connection. Established through the collaborative efforts of the Kingston Sanatan Cultural Center and the Geetanjali Cultural Temple of Kingston, HMK stands as the first permanent Hindu temple in the Kingston area.
Our Mandir is more than just a place of worship; it is a symbol of unity and dedication. Situated at 4033 Bath Road, Kingston, HMK was conceived to serve the growing needs of the local Hindu community. Our vision is to create a space that embodies the values of dharma, seva (service), and sadhana (spiritual practice). HMK offers a welcoming environment for everyone, featuring beautifully designed temple spaces, vibrant cultural events, and opportunities for learning and meditation. As an amalgamated charitable organization, HMK is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors, representing both founding organizations. Together, we strive to uphold the spiritual and cultural heritage of Hinduism while embracing inclusivity and community spirit.
Join us in celebrating the richness of Hindu traditions, partaking in devotional practices, and strengthening the bonds that unite us as a community.
